Facilities Maintenance Technician

About The Position
Reactive and Proactive service to 19 Jack in the Box Restaurants including but not limited to: - HVAC/R , cooking equipment, plumbing, facility maintenance, floor tile repair/replacement, Sheetrock repair, painting, door repair, etc.
Requirements
- Must be a self-starter and can effectively work with limited supervision.
- Must be able to use a tablet, smart-phone and laptop. Must be able use CMMS software.
- Must have a valid drivers' license and a good driving record.
- Must have EPA certification or willing to obtain it soon after hired.
- Must be able to travel to Tennessee occasionally.
- Must be available for on-call on evenings, weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Previous QSR experience preferred but not required.
