About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the team at our Florida fab. This role is responsive for preventative and corrective maintenance of the fab and building. Shift: B shift: Sun- Tues and every other Wed 6:00 pm- 6:15 am. This shift has a 10% differential. OR D shift: Thurs-Sat and every other Wed 6:00 pm- 6:15 am. This shift has a 25% differential.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
One or more of the following:
AA/AS Degree or greater in Related Field.
3 or more years of Plant/Facilities Maintenance or Related Experience.
3 or more years of Military Experience in Related Field.
Highly motivated individual who can achieve positive results in a team atmosphere.
Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities and environmental conditions.
Able to work and solve problems both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment.
Ability to read and understand schematics and one-line drawings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.

Nice To Haves

Semiconductor Facilities Maintenance Experience.
8 or more years of experience in Facilities Maintenance or Related Field.
Certifications, Licenses or Experience in any of the following:
HVAC
Electrical (Industrial-Level)
Building Automation
Bulk Chemical Distribution Systems
Bulk and Specialty Cylinder Gas Systems
AutoCAD Software

Responsibilities

Perform preventive & corrective maintenance, to include critical building support systems such as: Reverse Osmosis, Deionized and Chilled Water Systems.
Environmental Control Systems: Makeup Air, Air Handling & Roof Top Units.
Hot Water Boilers.
Acid Waste Neutralization Systems.
Bulk Chemical & Gas Distribution Systems.
Exhaust Systems: Fume Scrubbers. General Exhaust Fans.
Compressed Dry Air Systems.
Maintaining a Clean and Safe Work Environment.
Assist with Project Planning and Task Execution.
Document Facilities Procedures & make Improvements to Procedures as needed.
The job also requires performing other duties as assigned.
