About The Position

This position involves monitoring control system data and taking actions when systems are out of control, in alarm, or changing unexpectedly. The role requires performing system rounds, coordinating and planning equipment preventative maintenance, repairs, and improvements, and working with contractors to make necessary repairs. The individual will collaborate with management, engineers, and other team members to respond to control problems, alarms, variations, and calibrations. Documentation of system changes, operating procedures, events, and improvements is also a key responsibility. The position may involve solving system and equipment problems and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, 2 year degree, or Bachelor's degree.
  • 6-10 years of related work experience.
  • Understanding of mechanical components and ability to repair.
  • Experience working on Facilities Plant systems & equipment including Reverse Osmosis, Deionized Water, Chilled Water, Building Automation, Makeup Air, Air Handling, Roof Top Units, Hot Water and Low-Pressure Steam Boilers, Acid Waste Neutralization, Chemical Distribution, Gas Distribution, Fume Scrubbers, General Exhaust, Vacuum & Compressed Dry Air Systems.
  • US Citizenship required for government security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Military experience in a related field.
  • Experience in semiconductor fab facilities.
  • Certification or license in a related field.

Responsibilities
