About The Position
The Facilities Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing a variety of semi-skilled and skilled tasks related to the maintenance and repair of City facilities and equipment. This includes carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs, as well as coordinating and overseeing the work of outside contractors. The position requires general supervision from the Facilities Services Manager and may involve emergency on-call duties, including after-hours work, holidays, and weekends.
