About The Position

Provide facility maintenance and administrative support. Performing ongoing care of building and its surrounding area to keep it clean, organized, safe, and functional. This position will serve as a dual role to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility while assisting with administrative tasks. 2nd shift: Typically works Tuesday-Friday 5pm - 3:30am. Schedule may vary depending on business needs.

Requirements

  • Requires good understanding of standard cleaning and sanitation procedures.
  • Must be proficient in the operation of powered equipment such as vacuums, buffers, snow throwers, laundry equipment, etc.
  • Must understand the application and proper uses for a variety of special cleaning and sanitizing solutions and must be able to remove different kinds of stains from a variety of surfaces.
  • Requires very good knowledge of general administrative/manufacturing operations procedures and knowledge of job-specific processes to successfully execute and complete the more progressive/complex duties of the job.
  • Ability to follow company policy and understand any rules or regulations governing the work being completed and the impact work has on the department or company.
  • Must have very good knowledge of technology including computers and software programs such as MS Office or MAC word processing, spreadsheets, or other programs specific to the job in order to complete duties successfully.
  • Must have very good oral and written communication skills sufficient to explain departmental policy, methods, and/or procedures when completing assignments.
  • Requires very good organizational skills sufficient to accomplish work by established deadlines and the ability to coordinate phases of work with others.

Responsibilities

  • Completes and documents specific preventative and predictive maintenance duties (cleaning, inspecting, replacing/adjusting, lubricating, measuring, etc.) throughout facility.
  • Performs routine cleaning maintenance activities such as dusting, washing windows, wiping down surfaces and washing floors, maintaining lavatories, locker rooms and cafeteria areas and ensure supplies are replenished as needed.
  • Perform basic light maintenance work to include replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, lubricating doors, etc.
  • Utilize computer systems including but not limited to: SAP, Ariba, Concur, WBS/AS400, WCSS, ETQ, CQT, and Microsoft Office.
  • Drafting emails, letters, and memos, preparing and distributing documents.
  • Maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are organized and accessible.
  • Setting up meeting rooms and preparing agendas.
  • Assisting with processing expense reports and invoices.
  • Assisting with event logistics and invoices.
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing various types of events.
  • Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
