About The Position

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining our Cardlock fuel stations in the Kent area to our brand standards and creating a positive first impression for customers.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and two years related experience and/or training;
  • State A/B operator certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Various OSHA Certifications within 30 days of hire.
  • Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer two years’ experience minimum, involved in the compliance and or maintenance of fuel facility, large commercial facility, multi-unit property. Petroleum industry experience is very desirable.
  • Prefer minimum two years’ experience in a job that requires wearing personal protective equipment and clothing; operating in safety sensitive functions, outdoor environment, areas of traffic, and areas that may have fuel involved.

Responsibilities

  • Performs routine maintenance and repair on pumps, facilities and related equipment at unattended Cardlock fueling stations.
  • Performs site compliance inspections and correction of deficiencies on the following;
  • Fuel dispensers including security seals, hoses, nozzles and filters;
  • Required signage, imaging, painting and lighting;
  • Site cleanliness including; trash & spill clean up.
  • Assist third party operators with site compliance testing & calibration.
  • Complete daily work log to meet all requirements for State and Regional Agencies.
  • Meet all requirements for State Environmental and Fire Marshall Regulations.
  • Perform special projects as needed.
  • Share in after hours on-call rotation.
