About The Position

The Facilities Maintenance Support Analyst at Tria Federal will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Infrastructure/Facilities Department. This role involves responding to service requests, coordinating with project managers and contractors, and executing various maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and cleanliness of facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality and innovation, contributing to mission-critical projects that impact government operations.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• At least 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Basic maintenance knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to trouble calls and service requests from all PHD NSWC organizations that can be resolved in-house.
• Assist the Service Desk Coordinator in prioritizing efforts and coordinating with project managers and contractors.
• Resolve and execute service/trouble calls or service tickets.
• Set up and tear down command events.
• Disassemble, relocate, and assemble furniture as needed.
• Move and hang wall-mounted items such as boards and displays.
• Perform delivery, moving, and assembly services.
• Clean up work areas after renovations or large group moves.
• Address spills and water leaks promptly.
• Clean or replace stained or damaged carpet tiles or carpeting.
• Remove and replace damaged vinyl and other floor tiles as required.
• Conduct window cleaning and window screen replacement services.
• Replace interior/exterior light bulbs and maintain inventory.
• Perform periodic inspections of facilities restrooms and kitchens.
• Patch and paint holes or dings in walls or ceilings as needed.
• Provide general housekeeping and storage services.
