Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field required, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; automotive manufacturing preferred.
- Experience in preventive maintenance, SAP, 5S, …
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of production equipment, industrial building systems and utilities.
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service agreements.
- Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to resolve issues using sound judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
