We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor who will embody the heart and soul of our mission of creating memories worth repeating while bringing families closer together and caring deeply about our brand. The right Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will include equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator. The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor manages, develops, and implements strategies following company policies and procedures ensuring the efficient maintenance of all Dollywood Parks & Resorts assets and infrastructure in compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsible for the daily scheduling and workload of the resort’s facility maintenance team. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.
