Join Keeler as a Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Specialist! Location: Latham, NY Schedule: Part-Time | 1030 hours per week Hourly Rate: $30/hour Keeler is seeking a reliable, skilled, and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Part-Time Maintenance Technician. This role supports five dealership stores located on the Keeler campus in Latham, NY . Ensuring facilities are well-maintained and provide a clean, safe, and professional environment for customers and staff.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Own basic hand tools
• Own work truck required
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical work, including replacing switches, outlets, fixtures, and light bulbs
• Complete basic plumbing repairs such as toilet and urinal component replacement, snaking, and plunging
• Conduct painting projects in office and customer areas, including drywall repair and spackling
• Handle miscellaneous maintenance tasks including door closers and handle repairs, airline system repairs, and emergency light testing
• Maintain general safety awareness and promptly address facility-related issues across all five stores
