About The Position
This position performs duties as assigned, and with minimum supervision of the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor, in the areas of equipment and system maintenance, general maintenance and grounds. Employee is expected to coordinate with supervisor to complete yearly department specific checklist.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Driver’s license
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings.
- Safe power hand tool operation knowledge
- Facilities maintenance experience, healthcare facility preferred.
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Associates Degree in industrial technology related fields (preferred) or equivalent work experience required.
