About The Position
The position involves performing general skilled maintenance work focused on the installation, maintenance, and repair of facility infrastructure systems within City buildings. The role requires a working knowledge of trade skills and tools used in mechanical and structural maintenance, ensuring that plumbing, heating, electrical, and ventilation systems are properly maintained and repaired. The employee will work under the direction of supervisory staff and/or a licensed Journeyman, adhering to accepted building maintenance techniques and mechanical specifications.
