About The Position

Primary responsibility is general custodian work to include extensive cleaning of the facilities, classrooms, dorms, bathrooms and other buildings on campus. Responsibilities also include minor building maintenance, such as snow removal from doorways, light bulb replacement, light carpentry tasks, minor plumbing and individual associated tasks as assigned. This is a Tuesday through Saturday, first shift position (7 am to 3:30 pm).

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Knowledge, skills and experience associated with all or most of the above
• Continued possession of a valid Maine driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50lbs and perform a variety of manual tasks

• Operation of both manual and automatic cleaning equipment
