Requirements

• Must be a current facilities maintenance employee

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Facilities Maintenance Shift Coordinator and Central Services Lead to manage and post overtime
• Ensure all preparation for planned maintenance events is communicated and complete
• Manage and maintain daily work log
• Review Daily Log for accuracy and completeness
• Enter/Receive Work Orders and Work Requests
• Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, ISO 9000 & 14001
• Ability to draw and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Coordinate logistics of, and perform facilities maintenance shop floor duties as needed, to include maintenance repairs, troubleshooting and problem-solving activities
• Handling facility waste - hazardous, non-hazardous, lawn, shrub, etc.
• Snow removal
• Masonry, concrete and asphalt roadways and railroad maintenance
• Metals fabrication, Welding and oxyfuel cutting
• Plumbing and Pipe fitting
