Requirements

  • Proficiency in Maximo CMMS and maintenance planning tools.
  • Ability to analyze maintenance metrics and identify trends.
  • Strong ability to coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Effective scheduling, resource management, and documentation.
  • Focus on optimizing processes and reducing downtime.
  • Proficiency in IBM Maximo CMMS or similar programs (asset management, work orders, PM scheduling, reporting).
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with union workforce.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach; self-motivated with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years (plant environment) experience + minimum of 3 years (plant environment) experience

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in maintenance planning (CMRP, CRL) or IBM Maximo certification.
  • Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
  • Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and OSHA regulations.
  • Previous experience in union labor relations or workforce development.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Established project management skills.
