About The Position

We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in supporting one of Fluke’s four-site, 850,000 square foot mixed-use facilities located in Everett, WA. The individual in this role will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the efficient operation of all building infrastructure systems. This includes, but is not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural components, refrigeration, ventilation, and building controls. The Facilities Maintenance Mechanic plays a key role in daily facility operations, supports manufacturing needs, and assists with company events, ensuring all systems remain safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient. This position works closely with both engineering and operations teams, contributing to infrastructure improvements, system optimization, and the overall performance of the facility. Requirements

  • At least 4 to 5 years of related experience in facilities maintenance or a similar field.
  • Working knowledge of commercial HVAC and compressed air systems is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Possession of a Universal Refrigeration certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including variable air volume (VAV) boxes, humidifiers, exhaust fans, scrubbers, portable chillers, rooftop units, and air handling units (AHUs).
  • Replace filters in HVAC systems and air handling units.
  • Install and repair copper plumbing systems using ProPress fittings.
  • Maintain and repair compressed air systems and air compressors.
  • Support the installation and repair of building plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems that are used in manufacturing processes.
  • Carry out general building maintenance tasks as assigned through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and rough sketches to complete tasks accurately.
  • Assess the condition of the facility to determine the need for repairs or preventative maintenance.
  • Assist with moving machinery and equipment by using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks as required.
  • Support company events, gatherings, and other facility-related activities as needed.
