Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 5–10 years of experience in facilities maintenance (required)
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry (required)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills (required)
- Physical ability to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions (required)
- U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) (required)
Responsibilities
- Perform general repair and maintenance of building and grounds
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and daily facility requests
- Assist with planning and construction projects, including partition walls and layout changes
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, hardware, and paint
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with all departments
- Work safely with chemicals, tools, and equipment in varied environments
