Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 5–10 years of experience in facilities maintenance (required)
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry (required)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks (required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills (required)
  • Physical ability to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions (required)
  • U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) (required)

Responsibilities

  • Perform general repair and maintenance of building and grounds
  • Manage preventive maintenance schedules and daily facility requests
  • Assist with planning and construction projects, including partition walls and layout changes
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, hardware, and paint
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with all departments
  • Work safely with chemicals, tools, and equipment in varied environments
