About The Position
MP Materials is seeking a hands-on Facilities and Maintenance Manager to be an integral part of building and operating a new metal, alloy, and magnet-making facility in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a rare opportunity to have a vital role in the development of a greenfield advanced manufacturing facility and helping to define the future of American manufacturing. This position will require strong organizational, process, and management skills to build a maintenance team and maintenance management systems, and a hands-on nature to support the installation and lead the ongoing maintenance of all equipment in the facility.
