Facilities Maintenance Manager
About The Position
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee all equipment, property, and maintenance operations at our distribution center. This hands-on leadership role involves coordinating cross-functional maintenance efforts, ensuring safety compliance, managing preventative programs, and supporting operational continuity. You'll lead a team of maintenance professionals while collaborating with internal departments and external vendors. The role is based on-site in our Distribution Center and may require flexibility for evening and weekend work. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience in a warehouse setting
- 3+ years managing facility, building, or maintenance operations
- 1–3+ years of mechanical repair experience (conveyors, forklifts, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to walk, stand, kneel, climb, twist, lift/move items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to move throughout all areas of the distribution center
- Extended standing or sitting required during work shifts

- Plan and execute maintenance strategies aligned with operational needs
