This Position reports to: Maintenance Supervisor Job Description: Maintain a safe, compliant, and well‑prepared facility through strong safety practices, inspections, emergency‑readiness procedures, and coordination with security, utilities, and contractors. Perform comprehensive building, grounds, and custodial support, including upkeep of parking areas, signage, fencing, handrails, steps, and general cleanliness. Handle preventive maintenance and repairs for all facility systems and equipment, such as HVAC/chillers, lighting, plumbing, doors, docks, generators, alarms, fire protection, and floor‑care machinery. Manage documentation and compliance tasks, including impairment permits, CMMS recordkeeping, key/card access systems, and other assigned facility‑operations duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong technical background, ideally with an AS in electronics or refrigeration, 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience, and desirable credentials such as an HVAC license and familiarity with OSHA/NFPA 70E standards.
  • Proficient with mechanical/electrical systems, blueprint and schematic reading, machine operations, diagnostics, and computer tools including Microsoft Office; SAP/BUS experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and a positive, self‑motivated, safety‑focused work ethic with the ability to manage time, multitask, and perform under pressure.
  • Brings analytical problem‑solving skills, creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, innovate, and pursue additional job‑related training.
