About The Position

As the Facilities Maintenance Lead, you’ll oversee and participate in a wide
range of maintenance tasks—from painting and landscaping to supporting
mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs. You’ll coordinate team efforts,
ensure safety protocols are followed, and assist with special projects like
renovations and environmental monitoring.

This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to
lift up to 50 lbs. You’ll also be responsible for vendor coordination and
ensuring all work meets operational standards.

Important Note: This is a safety-sensitive position subject to pre-employment
and random drug testing. A positive result—including for marijuana—may result

license.
