This position will service our Ormond Beach and Palm Coast resorts.

Requirements

• Two to Four years of related experience
• Must have own vehicle
• Must have Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• HVAC Certification

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience and knowledge in HVAC, Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing and General Repairs
• Certification in one or more areas via a technical school or other specialized school

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair work for the resort.
