About the position
The Facilities Maintenance Technician role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks across different client locations, focusing on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various systems, ensuring the functionality and safety of facilities.
Responsibilities
- Install, change, or fix electrical outlets and troubleshoot electrical issues within the building.
- Diagnose and perform basic plumbing repairs.
- Conduct minor carpentry work as needed in the facility.
- Service HVAC systems at various client locations.
- Maintain and service drink machines, including espresso machines and mixers.
- Perform general building maintenance and repair tasks.
- Carry out janitorial duties as required.
Requirements
- Experience in electrical work, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and ability to diagnose plumbing issues.
- Experience in carpentry and general construction.
- Ability to service HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
