About The Position
This position is focused on self-performing 40-60% of maintenance work and includes responsibilities such as project planning, budgeting, and all aspects of maintenance, construction, relocation, and remodeling. The role requires the individual to develop work processes for vendors and contractors, communicate with internal colleagues and customers, and participate in staff and departmental meetings. The position is located at 2025 Woodward Ave, Detroit MI, specifically in the Huntington Tower, and operates on a second shift schedule from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The individual will also be on call for 24/7 emergency response, with mandatory overtime based on business needs.
