The Facilities Maintenance Division provides comprehensive maintenance, repair, and operational oversight for all City-owned buildings and infrastructure. The new Facilities Maintenance Director will report to the City Manager or designee. The ideal candidate will be an experienced facilities management professional with deep knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations, sustainability, and construction project oversight.
