About The Position

As the Facilities & Maintenance Team Member, your primary responsibility is maintaining all restaurant equipment and coordinating repairs as needed. You will also be responsible for snow removal from the roof. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that would work in-house. During your hours in-house, if there is no equipment that requires your attention, then you would assume the position of a shift lead within either the front or back of house areas.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire.
Friday and Saturday Availability is required.
Experience with equipment repair within the food industry is preferred.
Must have working knowledge of computers, mechanical, refrigeration, and plumbing systems· Must possess excellent written and verbal skills.
Previous leadership experience preferred.
Must have their own vehicle with insurance and valid license.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must be able to read, write, compute basic math, and communicate verbally.
Must be able to respond to changes quickly and efficiently.
Must be able to bend, twist, squat, push, pull and lift up-to 50 pounds, and reach over your head.
Must be able to stand and move quickly on your feet for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

Experience with equipment repair within the food industry is preferred.
Previous leadership experience preferred.
Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) is a plus!
