About The Position

As the Facilities & Maintenance Team Member, your primary responsibility is maintaining all restaurant equipment and coordinating repairs as needed. You will also be responsible for snow removal from the roof. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that would work in-house. During your hours in-house, if there is no equipment that requires your attention, then you would assume the position of a shift lead within either the front or back of house areas.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire.
  • Friday and Saturday Availability is required.
  • Experience with equipment repair within the food industry is preferred.
  • Must have working knowledge of computers, mechanical, refrigeration, and plumbing systems· Must possess excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Must have their own vehicle with insurance and valid license.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to read, write, compute basic math, and communicate verbally.
  • Must be able to respond to changes quickly and efficiently.
  • Must be able to bend, twist, squat, push, pull and lift up-to 50 pounds, and reach over your head.
  • Must be able to stand and move quickly on your feet for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with equipment repair within the food industry is preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) is a plus!
