About The Position

As a Facilities Maintenance Associate, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and repair of our buildings. This includes both interior and exterior maintenance, such as painting, power washing, and landscaping. You'll also provide essential support to skilled trades like carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. This position is crucial for ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. You must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, handling objects up to 50 lbs., and adhering to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment. You'll work as part of a team and may be asked to assist with special projects, such as building renovations. NOTE: This position is considered safety-sensitive and is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing. Please note that a positive drug test result, including for marijuana, may result in a job offer being rescinded for applicants or termination of employment for current employees, even if they possess a valid medical marijuana license.
