About The Position

Assist the Facilities Manager in the maintenance and general upkeep of all offices. This includes but is not limited to, buildings and grounds, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems. Requirements

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Must be at least 19 years of age to drive a bank vehicle.

Nice To Haves

• Maintenance or facilities experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Building maintenance, painting, cleaning carpets, etc.
• Lawn care, weeding, planting, re-mulching, etc.
• Parking lot cleaning and upkeep
• Changing HVAC filters
• Changing light bulbs
• Proper storage of delivered items
• Helping with minor remodeling projects
• Assisting office managers on projects relating to all areas of the banks
• Support bank and community sponsored events.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
