About The Position

Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor for scheduling of regular cleaning and light maintenance of the warehouse, equipment and common areas.

Able to lift to 50 lbs.
Experienced in prior maintenance roles

Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Facilities Supervisor, Operations Manager and Director of Operations on maintenance work and special projects.
Manage equipment repairs and maintenance.
Execute equipment audits and record-taking policies
Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary
Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
Fire Extinguisher Maintenance - annually
Compressor Maintenance - weekly, monthly and quarterly
Assists in battery maintenance - Keep batteries charged and watered
To ensure the cleanliness of the work area at the end of the shift.
To perform other work-related tasks that may be assigned to him.
