We are seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent internal and external guest service through prompt and effective maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment. This role involves responding to emergencies situations, performing preventive maintenance, and handling various repair tasks across the property.

Requirements

High School/GED or Tech School degree.
1-2 years related experience or special training in all areas of maintenance.
Valid Driver’s License
Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.

Nice To Haves

Carpentry experience
HVAC and electrical certification

Responsibilities

Providing exceptional guest service both internally and externally.
Physically responding to emergency situations such as fires, power outages, gas leaks, and water leaks, ensuring swift resolution and safety.
Servicing and repairing air handler units and minor kitchen appliances.
Installing and repairing plumbing equipment throughout the property.
Handling the repair and installation of new or damaged equipment, including ceiling repairs, lighting fixtures, and kitchen appliances.
Performing preventative maintenance as required.
Fulfilling other assigned duties to support operational efficiency.
