About The Position

Our highly competitive internship program provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the best hands-on experience that banking has to offer. Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in the Facilities department. The paid internship program will be completed over a 16-week period scheduled to work up to 20 hours per week.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to prioritize projects and duties
• Basic computer skills and ten key
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs at a time

Responsibilities

• Performing as a hybrid role, under the clerical supervisor while also assisting the technical team.
• Performing administrative support and clerical tasks for the local headquarters.
• Assisting in incoming bulk mail sorting and outgoing bulk mail posting.
• Delivering letters and parcels to the appropriate department via mail run and express.
• Learning inventory management - the inventory system to process orders, reports, and purchases.
• Assisting in monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Processing front window transactions such as postage or petty cash.
• Providing hands-on support of technical/maintenance duties.
• Performing maintenance tasks at RISE - Employee Parking Garage and Tenant Space.
• Grounds maintenance at all campuses and building upkeep.
• Service Channel Support - Ticket and work order administrative management.
• Vendor-specific program usage and vendor relations.
• Branch Audits - Task list orientated hands-on repairs, cleaning, and correction.
