Join us for our Summer 2026 Internship Program! We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Facilities Team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to project management initiatives across space planning, workplace design, and vendor coordination. The intern will contribute to operational improvements, sustainability efforts, and programs that enhance the employee workplace experience while collaborating with HR, IT, and Finance.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Interest in corporate facilities, real estate operations, or project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be available to work from Tuesday, May 26th until Friday, August 7th.
  • Candidate must be located within a commutable distance to our headquarters in Tinton Falls, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating office layouts and design projects
  • Support efforts to create efficient and employee-friendly workspaces
  • Help manage vendor relationships and track deliverables for facilities projects
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and promote sustainability
  • Assist in documenting processes, outcomes, and lessons learned for continuous improvement
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and Finance to ensure alignment on workplace initiatives
