About The Position

Provide industrial electrical maintenance support and analysis to assist Leadec in maintaining & improving the capability of machinery and equipment to achieve customer objectives.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent training and experience.
Three plus years of experience in Industrial HVAC Maintenance related duties.
EPA Universal level Certification is Required
Ability to troubleshoot and make repairs to HVAC system to include pumps, motors, and fans
Communication Skills - Ability to communicate with all levels of Leadec and customer employees.
Language Ability -- Talking to others to convey information effectively.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Experience with electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to industrial electrical work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
Experience working in industrial settings such as factories, plants, or warehouses.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Willingness to keep up with industry developments and advancements.
Skilled in Root Cause based maintenance practices.
Exceptional planning, communication, and Leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
Works safely at all times.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings.
Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Troubleshoot problems and diagnosed issues with electrical systems and equipment.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to install and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
Install and maintain electrical control systems for industrial machinery and equipment.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as engineers, mechanics, and technicians, to complete projects and repairs.
Provide training and guidance to apprentices and other junior electricians.
Keep accurate records of work performed and maintain inventory of required equipment and supplies.
Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.
All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.
