About The Position
The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is currently recruiting candidates with journey-level experience in the maintenance and repair of commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems to join the Building Maintenance and Services team. This position qualifies for a $1000 recruitment bonus paid in three installments at 3 months ($250), six months ($250), and one year ($500). Facilities HVAC Technician IVs report to a Facilities Supervisor and are responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of a variety of commercial/industrial air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment, and auxiliary equipment. All of RTAA's Facilities HVAC Technician IVs are expected to approach their work with a positive, helpful, customer service mindset.
