About The Position

This Facilities HVAC Technician D will coordinate work of contractors and interface with customers to accommodate program requirements. Essential Functions: Support HVAC requests for 3.5M SF in 75 buildings spread across 5 locations in Brevard Basic computer skills Use tracking software to ensure components are accurately installed, tracked, etc. Interface with all levels of the organization to report on HVAC issues Role is customer focused; metric driven and has an expectation of timely completion and close out of Work Orders. Will work in a diverse and changing environment supporting many internal and external customers simultaneously. Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance

Requirements

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License, and a satisfactory driving record, as conditions of initial (and continued) employment.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
Basic computer skills

Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Self-starter with good written and verbal communications skills
Microsoft Suite basic skills
Good interpersonal, and communication skills
Experience working with engineering blueprints, process specifications and building layouts.
