About The Position

The Facilities: HVAC/R position at St. Mary's Campus involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVACR equipment and systems under the guidance of leadership. Responsibilities

  • Perform minor HVACR tasks such as space environmental condition adjustments and HVACR system monitoring.
  • Conduct mechanical rounds and preventive maintenance tasks on HVACR systems.
  • Assist HVACR senior staff with complex tasks like air system balancing and DDC system adjustments.
  • Utilize HVAC and electrical tools and equipment to troubleshoot minor HVACR problems.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance for non-essential HVACR equipment.
  • Complete assigned tasks during utility/equipment shutdowns.
  • Work with HVACR contractors to resolve system/equipment issues.
  • Communicate service work and preventive maintenance needs to customers.
  • Document all work performed and training received in the Facilities work order system.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels and adhere to purchasing procedures.
