About The Position

To support our weekday needs in the Facilities department at our Missouri City campus. The facilities helper will assist with setting up for services, setting up and breaking down event setups as needed. Light custodial duties.This is a GREAT opportunity for high school or college students! Starting pay is $12.00/hour.

Requirements

Must have a good work ethic and a clean criminal record.
Clean and appropriate dress while on campus is mandatory
Must have reliable transportation to get to work

Responsibilities

Providing event set up and tear down support for weekday events and possible weekends for special events
Light custodial duties; includes keeping the grounds free of any trash and debris on a daily basis, checking/emptying all exterior trash receptacles
Lift up to 50 pounds-moving tables and chairs regularly
Cleaning windows not accesible by custodial staff
Use of a scissor lift on occasion to change light bulbs
Will need some mechanical skills to do light preventative maintenance on rooftop AC unit such as air filter and belt changes, cleaning/washing down AC coils
Must have a good work ethic and a clean criminal record. Background checks are mandatory
Clean and appropriate dress while on campus is mandatory
Must have reliable transportation to get to work
Weekday hours (8a-12p, 1p-5p, flexible hrs, as per schedule), with a chance for addtional weekday/weekend hours. TBD by special events happening at the campus
