About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Facilities & Grounds Supervisor to lead the daily maintenance, cleanliness, and appearance of our property. This role oversees grounds and facilities staff while ensuring outdoor areas, landscaping, pools, and public spaces remain safe, clean, and guest-ready.

Requirements

• Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, irrigation, or facilities supervision
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, landscape care, and equipment maintenance
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain high property standards
• Must have supervisory experience
• Must be bilingual

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule facilities and grounds staff
• Conduct regular inspections of grounds, walkways, pools, and public areas
• Oversee landscaping including mowing, trimming, planting, irrigation, and pest control
• Monitor plant, lawn, and tree health and maintain overall landscape quality and curb appeal
• Manage irrigation systems, troubleshoot repairs, and promote water conservation
• Ensure daily trash removal and cleanliness of walkways, patios, and shared spaces
• Oversee pool cleanliness, chemical balance, and safety compliance
• Maintain and monitor grounds equipment, tools, and irrigation parts inventory
• Support property projects, event setups, and seasonal operational needs
• Train staff on safety procedures, equipment use, and maintenance standards
