About The Position

The Facilities Generalist I is to support the upkeep and general maintenance of our facilities. This role is well-suited for individuals with foundational experience in property maintenance who possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall functionality and appearance of our banking locations by assisting with a variety of tasks related to repairs, upkeep, and facility organization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license
• 1+ year of general maintenance, facilities support, or related experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and building systems
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, use ladders, and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and customers

Responsibilities

• Assist with painting, surface patching, and minor drywall repairs as needed throughout the facility
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report findings appropriately
• Support basic troubleshooting and upkeep of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components
• Replace damaged ceiling tiles and install emergency lighting equipment as directed
• Cut and install various flooring materials and ceiling tiles with precision
• Perform light electrical tasks such as replacing batteries in devices and button panels
• Participate in general facility turnover efforts, preparing interior spaces for use
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of supply closets, maintenance areas, and storage rooms
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and organizational standards
