About The Position
The Facilities & Engineer Manager is responsible for the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of all plant and process equipment. This role involves setting goals, tracking, and continuously improving equipment reliability to achieve plant and business objectives. The manager will oversee all aspects of equipment maintenance, including spare parts management and the effective application of preventative, predictive, and proactive maintenance programs. Additionally, the manager ensures a reliable and economical supply of all utilities and gases, develops and manages the department budget, and ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and laws. The position also requires interfacing with engineering teams, developing training programs, and maintaining documentation integrity. The manager will support ISO system requirements and provide expertise in process control programming.
