Applies subject matter knowledge. Requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge. Responsible for maintenance activities relating to equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
Requirements
- Associates Degree (± 13 years)
- Minimum 1 year Preferred: 3+ Years of facility engineering related work.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning plant, office and production equipment layouts for economy of operation and maximum utilization of facilities and equipment.
- Conducts complex/sophisticated reviews and estimations including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
- Defines criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
- Leading and developing a team of facility technicians to carry out building maintenance, repairs, and enhancements.
