Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling maintenance skills required.
• Previous Maintenance/Facilities experience required.
• 1st Class Engineer license required (upon hire).

Nice To Haves

• Certification as a Universal Technician for CFC's preferred.
• Journeyman's Electrician License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance tasks.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, and heating/air conditioning tasks.
• Install and repair equipment.
