About The Position
New Way Trucks is a family-owned company spanning three generations, combining family values with cutting-edge technology to deliver excellence in heavy manufacturing. We are the largest private refuse equipment manufacturer in North America, with equipment operating in all 50 states and beyond. We are currently seeking a Facilities Engineer to join our team and be an essential part of our manufacturing team. This person is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our manufacturing facilities, including buildings, equipment, utilities, construction, and grounds. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach to facility management, with a focus on safety, compliance, and cost-effective maintenance practices.
