The Facilities Engineer will oversee the design, coordination, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, ventilation, refrigeration, and other infrastructure systems across Fluke's four-building, 850,000 SF mixed-use facilities in Everett. This role will take full ownership of the HVAC system, serving as the sole source of expertise and responsibility for its operation, maintenance, and optimization. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards, managing capital improvement projects, and driving operational efficiency and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building automation systems (BAS), mechanical systems, and infrastructure planning.
