Leidos is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting mission-critical operations in secure government facilities. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow your technical expertise while contributing to the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical power systems that keep national operations running smoothly. Under the mentorship of senior engineers, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of electrical infrastructure—from design and documentation to field testing and commissioning. If you're ready to apply your engineering skills in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, we want to hear from you. We are able to sponsor the clearance process for qualified candidates; however, our preference is to onboard individuals who already hold an active clearance at any level. This role supports a TS/SCI with Polygraph, and Leidos can maintain that clearance for the position. This role may be eligible for a sign-on incentive, which could include additional PTO or a monetary bonus. This role is ideal for early-career engineers looking to build a strong foundation in electrical infrastructure while supporting national security operations. Join Leidos and help power the future of government facility engineering. EC-DAS At Leidos, we don’t want someone who "fits the mold"—we want someone who melts it down and builds something better. This is a role for the restless, the over-caffeinated, the ones who ask, “what’s next?” before the dust settles on “what’s now.” If you’re already scheming step 20 while everyone else is still debating step 2… good. You’ll fit right in.
