The Facilities Director is responsible for the day to day operations of the Marie Green Forum and several other properties to maximize the financial stability of these operations. This would include the directing of management including the facilities, tenant relations, front desk and housekeeping services, and all financial matters. This job includes the forecasting of financial plans in the year-to-year budget process as well as to identify periodic capital projects that are in excess of the annual operating budget. The director of operations will be responsible to assure the operation is held within the guidelines of the budget and the periodic capital projects.
