THE ROLE: As a Facilities Detailer, you will help create a clean, welcoming, and safe environment inside our dealership. This includes everything from floors and windows to breakrooms and bathrooms. Your work plays a vital role in the daily experience of our customers and team. If you have experience as a house cleaner, janitor, or custodian or just love to clean and stay organized this could be the perfect role for you. And the best part? Requirements
- Experience in professional cleaning or janitorial services
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to pitch in and help wherever needed
- Strong time management and a love for a tidy space!
- This is a physically active position. You’ll be on your feet, bending, moving, and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Must be comfortable working indoors with some exposure to outdoor conditions.
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and general floor care
- Dusting, polishing, and sanitizing high-traffic areas
- Restocking bathrooms and cleaning restrooms
- Cleaning windows, glass doors, and showroom areas
- Emptying trash and maintaining break areas
- Reporting any maintenance needs or safety issues
- Supporting our team with other light duties as needed
