Facilities Data Analyst
About The Position
The Facilities Data Analyst is responsible for the governance, analysis, and interpretation of facilities, maintenance, workforce, safety, and financial data to support enterprise operating control and risk management. This role serves as the single source of truth for facilities performance metrics, enabling early detection of execution drift, system instability, financial erosion, workforce risk, and client impact independent of individual sites or leaders. The Facilities Data Analyst supports weekly operating control, bi-monthly stabilization governance, and monthly enterprise risk reviews through standardized metrics, heatmap scoring, and executive-ready insights
