About The Position

The Facility Custodian is responsible to assist with general housekeeping and light maintenance of the work site and grounds. Hourly Pay Range: $13.00-$14.00 Depending on Experience

Responsibilities

• Restroom maintenance and cleaning as well as keeping restrooms stocked with toilet tissue, soap dispensers filled, paper towels dispensers filled, and all other restroom products stocked.
• Properly break down and dispose of cardboard including use of cardboard baler.
• Empty all trash receptacles and dispose of trash properly.
• Keep floors in clean condition to include mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and/or floor scrubber.
• Dusting shelves, products, etc.
• Replace light bulbs as necessary.
• Possible lawn mowing/maintenance and snow removal.
