About The Position

Responsible to provide custodial services for assigned Opportunity Enterprises facilities. The hours are 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication with directors, staff and clients served
• Excellent customer service
• General utilization of technology including email, departmental software and smart phone usage
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Must be 18 or older
• Experience in custodial field preferred

Responsibilities

• Check the work order system daily for work assignments
• Work independently to complete assigned tasks to ensure all work orders are completed in a safe and timely manner
• Daily tasks to include laundry, dusting, sweeping, mopping using a floor scrubber and cleaning bathrooms
• Utilize equipment to perform custodial needs, including mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, floor machines, cleaning supplies, chemicals, towels, carts and PPE
• Ensure that buildings remain sanitary and healthy
• Replenish consumable supplies as needed
• Dispose of trash and recycling in designated receptacles
• Maintain building appearance and cleanliness
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Attend all mandatory meeting and trainings
• Other duties as assigned
